Steps to set up CS CH PSN Feed:

1. Client to ask RM to contact GG PsN Productmanagement productmanagement.psn@credit-suisse.com. Sample email template below.

2. The RM will contact GG PsN Productmanagement and CS will manage the contract or waiver with the client so that CS is allowed to deliver the client’s data to Canopy

3. As soon as the waiver is signed by the client, confirmed by the RM, and a scanned copy is sent by the RM to PsN Setup-Team

4. Loop in Canopy datafeed team when CS confirms that they are good to begin the technical setup of the client’s accounts

When filling in Canopy's Datafeed Mapping Request Form, please note that the account numbers should be in the below format:

4 digits - 7 digits - 2 digits -3 digits
eg. 0251-0384431-32-001
