Data Completeness Checklist

Having as many data points on your holdings and transactions will aid in accurate data processing, reconciliation and reports generation. Custodian PDF statements typically contain the most information, however, some details may be missing when you generate Excel/CSV.

We have prepared a list of data fields mandatory for data processing, for all data file types: PDF/XLSX/CSV/JSON/XML.

Required fields must be provided, and optional fields are good-to-have but not mandatory.

This list is in no way exhaustive, the more details provided, the better it is.

All Categories must be provided, otherwise, kindly provide the Alternative information.

Holdings

A detailed breakdown of holdings must be provided, i.e. they should not be grouped by instrument type or account number or portfolio, otherwise we are not able to book the holding or perform accurate reconciliation.

If ISIN is not available, kindly provide alternatives such as BBG ticker or SEDOL or CUSIP.

Transactions

Some transactions may not contain prices and quantity information, depending on the type of transaction, such as fund flows, hence it is ok to not have the info in such cases.

If ISIN is not available, kindly provide alternatives such as BBG ticker or SEDOL or CUSIP.

Not all transactions would require Transacted Price and Quantity, such as Fund Flows
