1. Send a request to your 3rd Party Bank’s RM (refer to sample email below)

2. Your 3rd Party Bank’s RM will forward your request to the IT team and provide you with the instructions and form(s) to proceed.

Sample Email:

Subject: Request for (XXX Bank) Datafeed to be delivered to Canopy 

Hi RM Name,

I would like to request for data feed for my (XXX Bank) accounts to be delivered to Canopy. Kindly advise on the necessary procedure or provide the forms to set this up.
